This is a beautiful set of cards, and they are so fitting for the topics they cover in matters of the heart, as the cards themselves are heart-shaped.  I have the earlier version of the Lover's Oracle cards, but as I understand, they have also come out with an instructional booklet that details how to use the cards and provides sample card spreads.

This oracle offers guidance on how to handle your most intimate relationships.  Each of the cards contain a key word and phrase that represent the essence of its meaning.  These themes can help you understand the signifcant theme that surrounds your personal relationship that is in question, offering you straightforward insights that you can intuitively expand upon for a deep and meaningful message.
